From November 6th to 8th, the 15th International Conference on Webometrics, Informetrics & Scientometrics (WIS) &the 20th Collnet Meeting was held in DUT. More than 100 experts and scholars from universities, research institutes and enterprises at home and abroad gathered for the grand meeting.

 The topic of this conference is “science of science in the era of big data”. Experts and scholars in the field of scientometrics from domestic and foreign research institutes, including Leiden University, CNRS, Catholic University of Leuven, Tsinghua University, Wuhan University, Beijing Normal University, Southwest University, Clarivate Analytics , Alibaba Group, have made wonderful presentations on the topic of scientific social measurement, database data network technology, hot spot tracking of academic papers, etc., which have aroused great interest and extensive discussion among the scholars.

The International Conference on Webmetrics, Informetrics and Scientometrics & COLLNET Meeting is one of the authoritative international conferences in the field of scientometrics. Theconference focuses on academic topics such as quantitative research in science of science, and analysis of scientific and technological cooperation and exchange.
