关于参加枫叶杯第七届“我与外教”全国征文

大赛暨“外教看中国”摄影展评活动的通知

为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于“加强国际人才交流合作”“讲好中国故事，传播好中国声音”等重要讲话和指示精神，铭记广大外国文教专家来华作出的突出业绩，以及与中国师生间发生的感人故事、结下的深厚友谊，优化外籍人才来华环境，更好地展现我国教育的国际化风采，经批准，国家外国专家局国外人才信息研究中心、《国际人才交流》杂志联合主办，北京环球英才交流促进会承办枫叶杯第七届“我与外教”全国征文大赛（中英文）暨“外教看中国”摄影展评活动，同时举办2017“外教中国”年度人物评选活动。

本届大赛系列活动方案如下：

一、参赛范围

学校师生、研究人员及相关人员；所有在华或曾在华工作的外籍教师。

二、参赛要求

参赛作品须是作者原创并且没有在公开出版物上发表，贴近生活实际，体现时代精神，突出彼此间的友谊、情缘。题目自拟，题材不限。参赛作品不得抄袭或有其他违反中国相关法律法规的内容。大赛主办方对参赛作品拥有报纸、杂志、图书、网络的编辑、出版、发布权。

（一）征文大赛作品要求

1．中国师生、研究人员及相关人员与外籍教师之间发生的感人故事、结下的深厚友谊等，须为中文稿件；外籍教师主要写在中国的所见所闻，或与中国师生、研究人员及其他人员之间的故事和友谊，以英文稿件为主。字数控制在600—3000字之间，中文字体为宋体、英文字体Arial，正文为四号字；欢迎配有相关的清晰度较高的图片（1-3张），并对图片作简要文字说明。

2．所有参赛作品，均需备注作者姓名（全称）、性别、年龄、国别、目前所在学校单位、详细地址、邮编，如有指导教师请备注。

3．鉴于评选工作所受的语言限制和各种具体困难，凡是用少数民族文字或国外其他语言创作的作品，要求均以中文或英文译作参加。

4．大学组及外教组接受中英文投稿。

（二）摄影展评作品要求

1．摄影展评参赛对象只限外籍教师，需为外籍教师拍摄的原创作品；可以“外教眼中最美的中国校园/城市/景区/人物”等为题材，图片可为一幅或一组（原则上每位参赛者不超过3幅），清晰度尽可能高（最好1M以上）；另提供200字左右的文字说明，英文或中文均可。

2．摄影展评作品需填写《摄影作品登记表》（附后），如未填写视为无效。

（三）“外教中国”年度人物评选要求

1．参选“外教中国”年度人物的外教，主要侧重其2017年影响力、贡献度两大方面。各省、自治区、直辖市和副省级城市外专局可择优推荐1-3名优秀外教人选至大赛活动组委会办公室，中央部委直属高校每校可直接推荐1名。组委会将组建专门评审团队，从中评选出5-10名“外教中国”年度人物，并予以宣传表彰。

2．推荐“外教中国”年度人物的单位请详细填写《2017“外教中国”年度人物推荐表》（附后），如未填写视为无效。

（四）报名方式

以电子邮件形式，标题为“我与外教”征文投稿或者“外教看中国”摄影投稿。

2017年12月25日前发至gjhz@。

评选结果将于2018年5月通知。

三、奖项设置

（一）征文大赛个人奖（186名）：

1、特等奖1名。颁发荣誉证书，奖励人民币2000元或等值奖品；

2、一等奖5名。颁发荣誉证书，奖励人民币1000元或等值奖品；

3、二等奖20名。颁发荣誉证书，奖励人民币500元或等值奖品；

4、三等奖60名。颁发荣誉证书，奖励人民币200元或等值奖品；

5、优秀奖100名。颁发荣誉证书。

对以上奖项获得者，均免费赠阅2018年《国际人才交流》杂志一期；组织单位将优先推荐参加有关教育培训机构组织的考察游学活动，参访海外名校和教育培训组织，拓展国际视野。

（二）摄影展评个人奖（83名）：

1、特等奖1名。颁发荣誉证书，奖励人民币2000元或等值奖品；

2、一等奖2名。颁发荣誉证书，奖励人民币1000元或等值奖品；

3、二等奖10名。颁发荣誉证书，奖励人民币500元或等值奖品；

4、三等奖20名。颁发荣誉证书，奖励人民币200元或等值奖品。

5、优秀奖50名。颁发荣誉证书。

对以上奖项获得者，均免费赠阅2018年《国际人才交流》杂志一期。

Plan for the “2017 China through Foreign Teachers Eyes Photo Exhibition & Competition”

1. Candidates

All foreign teachers who work or used to work in China.

2. Requirements

Entries must be original, real life stories, which reveal the present spirit of society and highlight friendships among each other. No specific requirements on the theme. Plagiarism is not allowed and there can be no violations of China’s related laws and regulations. The contest host owns the rights to editing, publishing, and releasing of all the entries, which may be through outlets such as newspapers, magazines, books, and the internet.

 Photo requirements:

l  Photo Contest is limited to foreign teachers to participate, and photos must be original. One or a collection of photos (no more than 3 by principle) can be grouped under the theme of “the most beautiful Chinese campus/city/scenic spot in the eyes of foreign teachers”. High image sharpness is required (must be bigger than 1 MB); please add a less than 200 word caption to your works(Chinese or English).

l  All photo entries should attach the Registration Table for Photo Entries(appendix below), otherwise entries will be deemed as invalid.

3.Awards

Photo Contest winners:

l  1 outstanding winner. Certificate of honor and 2,000 yuan or equivalence.

l  2 first prize winners. Certificate of honor and 1,000 yuan or equivalence.

l  10 second prize winners. Certificate of honor and 500 yuan or equivalence.

l  20 third prize winners. Certificate of honor and 200 yuan or equivalence.

l  50 honorable prize winners. Certificate of honor.

Winners of the aforementioned awards are given one issue of the 2018 International Talent Monthly for free.

Final result will be announced in May, 2018.
