Develop and implement Schoolfellow Friendship Initiative and long-term and short-term exchange programs for overseas students. International interuniversity exchange affairs, including university leaders’ overseas visits, reception of visitors from overseas universities, interuniversity agreement signing and management, international alliances, interuniversity official letters in foreign languages, the appointment and management of overseas collaboration representatives, and translation of Japanese, Korean and English languages. University and national/institute-sponsored long-term and short-term overseas student exchange programs, and the on-campus approval and management of students temporarily going abroad (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) on business.
