Recently, the Belarusian Research Center and the CIS Research Center of DUT jointly held a seminar on “China and CIS Studies” and “Belarusian Studies”. A total of 16 experts, scholars, and young students from Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Foreign Languages, DUT-BSU Joint Institute and School of International Education attended the event.

At the meeting, Hao Hai, who is in charge of the center, said that the Belarusian Research Center and the CIS Research Center are fruitful achievements of China’s strategic integration with Belarus and the CIS countries. He also pointed out that the two centers will contribution to the continuous deepening of educational cooperation.

In the future, the construction of the centers will aim to build a high-level think tank for economic, cultural, legal, and educational research in Belarus and the CIS countries. Meanwhile, it will work towards the integration of scientific research and national policies to realize the effective service of scientific research results to China, Belarus and CIS countries.
