On May 22, the 7th Meeting of the Educational Cooperation Sub-Committeeof China-Belarus Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee was held in Dalian. The meeting was co-chaired byChen Jie who is the Chinese Chairman of the Sub-Committee and Vice Minister of Educationand Ivanets who is the Belarusian Chairman of the Sub-Committe and Minister of Education of Belarus.

The two sides summarized the main work since the 6th meeting, expressed high appreciation for the achievements, and indicated that they will fully implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, jointly promote the high-quality development of education in the two countries, and exchange views on cooperation in key areas such as digital education, youth exchange, two-way study abroad, university cooperation and language exchange.

At the meeting, the two sides signed the Minutes of the 7th Meeting of the Education Cooperation Sub-Committee of the China-Belarus Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee.
