面试形式：
1.汉语综合面试：1分钟自我介绍+即兴演讲（1分钟/人，入场抽题）、无领导小组讨论（1分钟审题+10分钟小组讨论+2分钟小组总结）
2.英语面试：1分钟自我介绍/人+1.5分钟立场陈述演讲/人+8分钟小组讨论+2分钟小组总结（议题：Ageing Society and Declining Population）（参加面试成员需选择不同国家进行立场陈述）

After the preliminary training, registration, and other preparations, we are now notifying the following students to attend the delegate team interview evaluation on December 16th. Please arrive at the interview location at least 15 minutes in advance with your student ID for group confirmation and enter the interview room after the group is confirmed. If you fail to attend the interview on time, it will be considered as an automatic withdrawal.
Interview Date: December 16th (Monday) morning
Interview Format:
1. Chinese Comprehensive Interview:
- 1-minute self-introduction
- Impromptu speech (1 minute per person, topic drawn upon entry)
- Leaderless group discussion (1 minute for topic review + 10 minutes for group discussion + 2 minutes for group summary)
2. English Interview:
- 1-minute self-introduction per person
- 1.5-minute position statement speech per person
- 8-minute group discussion
- 2-minute group summary (Topic: Ageing Society and Declining Population) (Each interview participant must choose a different country for the position statement)

Notice:
Students selected through the school’s internal selection will participate in offline training sessions on campus from January 11 to 21, 2025, and will have additional online or offline training sessions from February 17 to 22, 2025. Unless there are special circumstances, attendance is mandatory. Please prepare accordingly.
